Invoke the Light user data

User control

You can create a user account on the sign up page.

It is necessary if you want to create or join decree sessions.

You can edit your data or delete your user account on the account page (necessitate to be logged in).

If you delete your account, all the user data is deleted also.

Data collected and stored

Here is the list of user data collected and stored in the database:

• username (to identify on the website)
• password (no plain password is stored, they are previously hashed)
• email (to add attendee to Google calendar event or retrieve your password)
• timezone (to display the decree session with the adequate date)
• language (for translation of the page in the future)
• country (to display flags on the decree sessions)
• latitude/longitude (to display on the map, can be approximative)

Data shared

The website doesn't share data with any third party.

Google user data

User control

Users can grant or revoke access to their Google Calendar data at any time through the following page:

Google Calendar (necessitate to be logged in).

When you are logged with Google Oauth 2.0, a refresh token is stored that keeps the session valid so that you don't have to connect again soon.

When access is revoked the refresh token is deleted.

The website can be used without granting access with Google. Giving access is not mandatory.

Data collected

The only data collected is the list of events of the following calendar :

a1be4eef352816e525587ea41ff1c6d463f86b4a53c7c10a4f014018cbcbbe76@group.calendar.google.com.

Data stored

The website stores :

• the token that allows to refresh Google connection when you log in;
• the identifier of the events of the calendar mentioned before.
